Donald Glover is currently working on a bunch of projects, one of them being Season 2 of his hit FX series ‘Atlanta’. Glover recently got the chance to sit down with Zane Lowe on BBC Radio 1 where he talks about his high-profile projects lined up like The Lion King Remake, the Hans Solo film and his FX Deadpool series.
If you’ve been patiently waiting on an update of Season 2 of ‘Atlanta’, Donald Glover shared some excited news “I’m not the type of person to rush anything. I feel like if you rush it, you’ll start to get something you don’t want and then you start to question why you even liked it. I’m not gonna make anything until it’s ready. But to be completely honest, it’s almost ready. I’m pretty happy with a lot of the things, and I think it’s better than the first season,” he said.
Glover mentioned that Season 2 would be delayed due to his other projects, but along with a new season of Atlanta debuting 2018, Glover will be also writing and producing Deadpool that is expected to premiere the same year on FX’s network. To listen to the full interview with Zane Lowe click here.
