McLaren P1 Production Reaches 375 Unit Goal
Production of the McLaren P1 supercar has reached its goal of building 375 units, all of which were pre-sold by the time production even kicked-off in late 2013. Because it will be rare to see one of the few hundred spread out around the world on the road, McLaren has shared images of the first and the final units, including an Ice Silver and a pearlescent orange. Because each was built within McLaren’s MSO division, no two of the custom-built cars are the same, each taking 17 days to complete and over 800 man hours. Deliveries were almost equally split between the Americas (34%), Europe (26%), Asia (27%) and the Middle East and Africa (13%). Take a look below.
