An iconic silhouette at adidas in the ’80s, the Powerphase made a comeback earlier this year, in a revamped Yeezy version dedicated to success. Sporting a cream color and the inscription Calabasas, the pair of Kanye opened the way to various colors that will come out in the coming months, but also to a brand new adidas model, the Rascal.
Almost identical to the Powerphase OG and Yeezy, this new sneaker will take the form of the latter in its entirety, while only a few details will come to allow this Rascal to stand out, especially in terms of the absence of the three bands, side part where a Two-color tape will come across it the wrong way, just above almost random perforations.
Two color codes will accompany this general release that should occur next summer, first with a white version with blue and red band, close to the original model of the ’80s. The second color will take him the famous “Semi-Frozen Yellow”, made famous by Kanye and his penultimate Yeezy Boost 350 V2, this time with a red and turquoise stripe.
The adidas Rascal should be released next June.
