A Mysterious Donar Gives Sneakers To An Elementary School
| Fashion, Lifestyle
This is called a good action. An anonymous student offered 400 New Balance pairs to students at a primary school in Salisbury, North Carolina. According to the school’s principal, 70% of students at Overton Elementary School live below the poverty line and therefore can not necessarily buy new shoes when they need them.
A mysterious donor therefore wanted to remedy this problem by offering a new pair of sneakers to each student of the school.Encouraged to exercise for at least 15 minutes a day, most of the Overton Elementary School’s children were wearing shoes that were too worn for running without hurting their feet. This is no longer the case, thanks to the generosity of a patron who has made many happy in Salisbury.
