The most influential man of urban culture in 2017 continues his extraordinary rise. After giving a lecture at Harvard , Virgil Abloh will soon be the subject of an exhibition at a museum in his hometown. The Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago has announced that the various creations of the founder of Off-White will be presented in the museum from 9 June to 19 September 2019. In the words of the museum management, the exhibition dedicated to Virgil Abloh will offer an in-depth analysis of the designer’s plural talent, including his contributions to the world of fashion, architecture and music.
The Virgil Abloh exhibition will allow fans to discover unpublished works by Abloh, as well as some of his creations presented in unusual and innovative conditions. Finally, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago explains that a “young route” will be offered to young children, so that they can also take part in this major event.
